Job Summary:
The Curriculum Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the educational programs at our Best Kids Academy in Katy, Texas. This position involves collaborating closely with the Director and Administrator to ensure the successful implementation of our curriculum. We are seeking an energetic, creative, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Curriculum Coordinator or Administrative Assistant in a licensed childcare facility
• Certification or degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education fields preferred
• Classroom experience in an early childhood setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in Montessori related programs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Best Kids Academy curriculum through training and support of teachers
• Ensure organization and distribution of curriculum materials to teachers
• Conduct training sessions for instructors on curriculum implementation
• Design and implement instructional materials, including lesson plans and assessments
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through assessments and feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instructional design
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy
• Maintain inventory of curriculum materials and supplies
• Assist with classroom transitions and parent communication
• Mentor and coach staff members to ensure quality classroom environments
• Participate in staff training sessions and meetings as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator and Director
